- 6 mm faceted beads (9 pieces)
- 8 mm faceted beads (10 pieces)
- 6 mm faceted beads (5 pieces, for stopper)
- 8 mm bead (1 piece)
- 12 mm bead (1 piece, for opposite end)
Steps to Stitch Counter Bracelets
- Before beginning the project, you need to understand the structure of the stitch counter bracelet. This bracelet generally consists of two bead rows. A stopper serves as a division between the finished set of beads. In addition, a huge bead distinguishes the side containing the row of finished beads.
- Knit the first row. If you do not have experience in knitting, you can ask the help of a friend who knows how to knit. You can also find instructions on the Internet. Once you are done creating the first row, slide one of the beads through the stopper. Make sure you do this in the direction of the biggest bead. Do the same after finishing the second row. Create a total of nine rows.
- Create the tenth row. This time, after finishing the row, slide a large bead through the stopper. Then slide back all the smaller beads through the stopper.
- You can then work on rows 11 to 20. Count the rows by carefully sliding the small beads through the stopper. Remember to keep them in the direction of the biggest bead. At the final row, move the last bead to the largest bead. Then, move the small beads through the stopper. The direction should be away from the biggest bead. Secure the knots with glue.
