Steps to Install a Door
- Planning. Determine the measurements of the space where you will set up the new door. Decide the type of door you want to install. Normally, most individuals choose a pre-hung designed door. This is one that has pre-assembled jambs or frames to which the door is attached.
- Preparing the tools you will need. These include a saw, hammer, measuring tape, level, utility knife, and prying tools.
