  • boneless pork loin
  • oven
  • roasting pan
  • seasonings
  • meat thermometer

Steps to Roast a Boneless Pork Loin

  1. You can either buy boneless pork loin that is plain or pre-marinated. You can save time by getting pre-marinated pork loin. Otherwise, if you choose plain boneless pork loin, you can marinade it yourself.
  2. Use olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs and spices of your choice. Apply the mixture on the boneless pork loin and let it marinade for one to eight hours. The longer you let the meat marinade, the more flavor it will absorb from the mixture.
  3. When the meat is done marinating, preheat your oven to around 325′ Fahrenheit. Place the pork loin on a grate then place it in the roasting pan. Roast the pork loin 30 minutes per pound. For instance, if you are cooking 3 pounds of meat, you need to roast it for 90 minutes.
  4. After the appropriate cooking time is done, check the meat by placing a meat thermometer in its center. You need to roast the pork loin some more if the thermometer does not read at least 160′. Continue roasting until the meat reaches the right temperature. Check every 10 minutes.
  5. Once the pork loin is cooked, take it out of the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes. This will allow the juices of the loin to spread around it. Slice it as preferred and serve.
