Instructions

1. Access the Yahoo mail page on your PC
2. If incorrect password was entered click “recover your Id and/or password” this will take you to the first stage of recovering your Yahoo password
3. Select the option that best describes your situation in this guide will use “I forgot my password” the click Next
4. Enter your Yahoo Id and the code shown on the screen you can click try different code to change it if you can’t make it out. Then click next again
5. In order to verify your identity enter in your birthday, country of residence and postal code now click next
6. Then enter the city of your birth and proceed to the next page by clicking next
7. Now enter in your new password and retype in the second box
8. You have successfully reset your password now add your secret questions for future password resets. Proceed to save your questions and then click next. Now click on continue button and your password is now reset and recovered.
