Wine is an alcoholic beverage typically made of fermented grape juice. Almost all wines are made form grapes; some are made from other fruits. Grapes are mostly in season around autumn. There are a variety of grapes to select from when making wine. There are two categories of wine 1.still wine non-carbonated and sparkling wine carbonated. Wine making is also known as vinification.

Instruction
- Select grapes of your choice. Pick stem from grapes and wash thoroughly.
- Crush grapes in large buckets.
- Red wine is made from must (red or black grape juice with skin). While white wine is made from white grape juice.
- Grapes are allowed to ferment (primary fermentation). Yeast convert sugar in most of the grape to ethanol and carbon dioxide. This takes about two weeks.
- After primary fermentation grape pulp is transferred into a wooden barrel for further fermentation (secondary fermentation).
- Wine is completed after remaining sugars are fully converted to alcohol.
- At this time wine can be bottled. Some wines are kept in wooden to age for a longer time.
Tips & warnings
- The older the wine the more tasteful and expensive it is.
