How to Cook Lamb Chops
Lamb chops are very tasty and delicious. People find them irresistible, whether they are served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Lamb Chop Casserole
In as little as two hours, this special dish is ready to go. Turn on the oven and then preheat it to 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Procure at least 45-gram butter and put some inside a casserole dish. In a ¼-cup flour, roll at least eight chops and then lay them aside for some time. Turn the stove on and place the pan on top of it. Put some butter and use it to fry the chops until they acquire a brownish color. After that, put them inside the casserole dish. Furthermore, also add 200 grams of sliced mushrooms, six cubed baby potatoes and 2-cups of frozen vegetables. Put at least five slices of bacon as well.
Use the pan once again. Melt some more butter and place all the remaining flour. When the mixture turns brown, add 1¾-cups of chicken stock. As an alternative, 1¾-cups of beef stock can also be used for this special recipe. Wait until it reaches boiling point and then pour it inside the casserole dish. Put in some more water, preferably at least a cup of it. Cover it and then place it inside the preheated oven. Allow it to cook for at least an hour and a half before serving.
Tuscan Lamb Chops
This enticing treat is another way that people can use to learn how to cook lamb chops, which can be done in as little as 30 minutes. Take the chops and simply remove the fats. Using a medium-heat stove, fry at least eight chops inside a large pan. Wait for eight minutes before turning the other side of the meat. Place them in a nice clean plate. Place three cloves of smashed garlic into the pan without all the meat. Fry them for at least a minute or so and then add 2-teaspoons of snipped rosemary, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 8-ounces of stewed tomatoes. After that, add 19-ounces of white kidney beans. Wait until the mixture boils before reducing the heat. Simmer the mixture for at least three more minutes. In a nice clean plate, serve at least two chops together with a spoon or two of the special mixture. Serve and enjoy.
